This course will help you determine your optimum weighting and fine-tune your trim and buoyancy underwater.
In a controlled pool environment, you'll practice maneuvering through tight spaces (hula hoops!) and using
breath control to make small buoyancy adjustments. You'll improve your air consumption and most likely
drop a few pounds of lead from your belt!
